In a small liberal arts environment in Atlanta, Georgia, students build the technical skills, creative confidence and cultural awareness needed to develop a distinct artistic voice.
Within 91影视’s Studio Art major or minor, we focus on nurturing this essential ability; the first thing you learn is how to see, how to understand visual language, and how to manipulate materials. These courses are structured to refine your visual discernment and deepen your grasp of the visual language. You will also explore art within its broader aesthetic and cultural frameworks, which entails perceiving art from diverse perspectives.

Come out to see and be seen at monthly neighborhood art walks that tour the city’s dozens of galleries. Enjoy friendly outdoor festivals in Piedmont Park, Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Old Fourth Ward, and more.
- Take advantage of travel opportunities. For example, you can get a taste of the artist’s life with an interdisciplinary ten-day seminar in New York City.
